$60 Pain Relief Mini Sessions
Tired of chronic pain that keeps coming back? Let’s try a different approach.
If you’ve tried everything for pain without long-term success, I offer RAPID Neurofascial Reset and Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT). These are not traditional massages; they are neurological treatments that target the nervous system to break pain cycles at their source, rather than just relaxing muscles.
RAPID releases deep tissue and nerve entrapments to stop pain Signals. More info about Rapid here: [https://columbusmassage.abmp.com/rapid-neurofascial-reset](https://columbusmassage.abmp.com/rapid-neurofascial-reset?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAYnJpZBExMkVhMEN4dVhTU2tNOWF2YnNydGMGYXBwX2lkEDIyMjAzOTE3ODgyMDA4OTIAAR7w89gx_ENFccAE53E4YYwEYXbilnZMSol_nxxYAAN3uIGBcXb-41umrXkuyQ_aem_6pCwPXztbyPMI9Y3Unz5Fw)
NKT acts as a "detective" to find out why a muscle is tight and corrects the cause. More info about NKT here: [https://columbusmassage.abmp.com/neurokinetic-therapy](https://columbusmassage.abmp.com/neurokinetic-therapy?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAYnJpZBExMkVhMEN4dVhTU2tNOWF2YnNydGMGYXBwX2lkEDIyMjAzOTE3ODgyMDA4OTIAAR7w89gx_ENFccAE53E4YYwEYXbilnZMSol_nxxYAAN3uIGBcXb-41umrXkuyQ_aem_6pCwPXztbyPMI9Y3Unz5Fw)

"The Enchanted Greenhouse" by Sarah Beth Durst
Come join us for coffee at Matari Coffee to discuss our March book, "The Enchanted Greenhouse"!
Book description:
Terlu Perna broke the law because she was lonely. She cast a spell and created a magically sentient spider plant. As punishment, she was turned into a wooden statue and tucked away into an alcove in the North Reading Room of the Great Library of Alyssium.
This should have been the end of her story . . . Yet one day, Terlu wakes in the cold of winter on a nearly-deserted island full of hundreds of magical greenhouses. She’s starving and freezing, and the only other human on the island is a grumpy gardener. To her surprise, he offers Terlu a place to sleep, clean clothes, and freshly baked honey cakes—at least until she’s ready to sail home.
But Terlu can’t return home and doesn’t want to—the greenhouses are a dream come true, each more wondrous than the next. When she learns that the magic that sustains them is failing—causing the death of everything within them—Terlu knows she must help. Even if that means breaking the law again.
This time, though, she isn’t alone. Assisted by the gardener and a sentient rose, Terlu must unravel the secrets of a long-dead sorcerer if she wants to save the island—and have a fresh chance at happiness and love.
Speak Easy (Storytelling)
The topic for March is "Our Bodies, Ourselves"
Speak Easy: true stories, told live.
The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast.
Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect.
The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome. Hang around after the show for a drink and build community!
