Bulls**t.

I am not sure he should be thrown off the list, But I do think that it
is perfectly reasonable that he not be allowed to present. That is
most definitely a *privilege* not a right. This was a form of
harassment executed offline to an on-list activity/offer. You have the
right to make an offer to the list without it turning into a racist or
xenophobic attack. To make this group a place where that kind of
behavior is tolerated most definitely effects the quality of the
participation because if that is what happens here, people will just
quietly remove themselves.

More importantly Andrew, your tone is getting well into the zone of
being patently offensive. I dont consider it whining at all to discuss
the issue of being racially or ethnically harassed as a function of
being on this list. It is a shame that Ravi must not only endure the
first horrific attack but your degrading response.
