Good morning:

I've joined your meet-up in my capacity as an Executive Director for ISM-New York an association that is devoted to supply chain and procurement.  We offer memberships but more importantly educational seminars through our professional development program.  I suspect that your members are working for large and small companies... start ups to established and work hard for every client dollar they earn.  They may be taking on responsibilites that are beyond ther scope of expertise and like many entrepreneurs... making it up as they go! 

 I am also going to guess that not everyone has established  internal professional development departments to help their employees learn and grow and learn skills that will enable them to be more competitive in the market... and save them from making costly mistakes.

  Our courses help people understand how to buy smarter, leverage outside resources they may not be aware of and understand the essentials of contracts to name a few.  Our instructors are real time  recognized experts who are vested in our members success and are also members. We are cost friendly too.
