I have a growing online ecommerce company seeking a Ruby on Rails developer with 3 years of experience.  They are a growing company that is venture backed but already profitable!   I have been to their offices. It is a laid back environment (you can wear shorts to work every day!), with a lot of other great perks!

Position:

Ruby

MySQL

Xhtml / CSS

Javascript / jQuery / Ajax

Object-Oriented Methodology

Ability to write documented, clean and efficient code

Ability to follow procedures and standards

Flexibility and ability to work long hours/weekends (when urgent/necessary)

Ability to work in a team

While not required, the following are considered assets:

Experience building and maintaining APIs

Experience with paypal, authorize.net and other billing gateways (a plus)
