Andrzej Zapałowicz: Cryptocurrencies: wages and taxes

My presentation will discuss the topics of possible cost optimization of employees in a company and the possibility of paying salaries using digital currencies. The tax treatment of cryptocurrencies for individuals and businesses will also be presented. It will be presented what is a taxable event under Polish regulations, what deductions can be applied to the annual settlement, and what are the rules for preparing PIT-38 on this basis. Finally, Polish regulations will be contrasted with Swiss law.

Web3 applications need a secure and robust way to connect with external resources like wallets.
