▪ Infrastructure for Machine Learning - Natalie Pistunovich
TensorFlow 2.0 is the new version of the end-to-end open source platform for Machine Learning, where researchers can push the state-of-the-art in ML and developers can build and deploy ML and AI powered intermediate applications. But the ML code, that is at the heart of an ML system in production, usually accounts for a few percents of the entire codebase. In this talk, Natalie will share from her experience the infrastructure side of things, and will discuss considerations in preparing the infrastructure for an ML training, real time and offline, and present a walkthrough using a production example.

▪ Building event-driven applications with Watermill - Robertem Laszczak
That was our goal when we were starting to work on Watermill.
During the talk, I would like to tell you the story of how we created one of the most popular libraries for building event-driven applications in Go. I will not end with the theory - I will do a quick live coding to show you how to use Watermill. The application will be independent of any Pub/Sub implementation and will be able to work with RabbitMQ, Kafka or even MySQL without many changes.

▪ Go-Swagger in production: wins and pitfalls - Ilya Kaznacheev
I use OpenAPI (Swagger 2.0) specifications to decouple work of the font-end and back-end teams. The specification clearly communicates how our backend REST API works. With go-swagger, I am able to generate the API-related handlers and structures in Go. That saves a lot of time by reducing the amount of hand-written boilerplate code.
However go-swagger has its own way of doing things and it might be hard to use. But I learned to work it out, and I'll tell you how.

▪ Natalie Pistunovich is a learner, a Google Developer Expert for Go, a public speaker and a sailor. When she’s not working on robust systems with Aerospike, she is organizing the GopherCon Europe and Cloud Nein conferences, and the Berlin chapters of the Go and Women Techmakers user groups. Prior to that, she was an Engineering Manager, Software and Hardware Engineer, and a Co-Founder of a mobile start-up. In her free time, she is wondering if there is life on Mars.

▪ Robertem Laszczak. I am working as tech lead in Karhoo, where I'm helping to build scaleable event-driven systems. I believe in the pragmatic use of techniques like DDD or Event-storming in building complex systems.

▪ Ilya Kaznacheev is a remote backend SWE who passionate about Go, Cloud and DevOps. He is active speaker and community leader, founder of Golang Voronezh and SAP Community Voronezh, organizer of conferences and meetups, and a host of Z-Namespace podcast.
