PO WRO #1 - Product Backlog Ordering

Our first workshop will be about backlog management. During it you will see various methods how to order your backlog.

I will use PO WRO backlog - build from your requests and my ideas.

First part will be an introduction to PO WRO backlog - to make sure that we will have some common understanding about it.

Next we will split into groups and every group will have an instruction how to use one of the following methods:

• 1-3-5
• now / not now
• monopoly dollars
• bucket prioritization
• Moscow
• Kano model
• now - how - wow
• ROI

During last part of the agenda, every group will present the results and share their thoughts with everyone.

Some exercises are easier and faster, some require a bit more time.

All workshop will last for two hours, starting at 18:00 sharp!
