Are you interested in some tips that might help shift their thinking? Join us to learn from Air Force Veteran - Dale Bailey as he recalls his time on the C-141 and shares some tips and tricks that might help individually focused Agile Team Member to switch transition into team focused members. We will follow Dale's presentation with a panel discussion with other veterans from our Agile for Patriots Program as they share tips from their experience int he service.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER: DALE BAILEY

Dale Bailey served 23 years in the US Air Force, beginning with earning his Air Force Pilot wings. His career included significant experience in training and development of Air Force pilots, first as a T-38 Instructor Pilot and Academic classroom facilitator in the Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training program, followed by Instructor Pilot duty in the C-141 global airlift aircraft. Dale's military service also included training program management. He is passionate about bringing out the best in others through training and development, and now seeks to put that experience to use in the IT arena by drawing upon his BS in Computer Science and his recently earned PSM I certification.
