From Baby Boomers shaped by post-war optimism to Gen Z defined by the internet, major historical shifts have always forged new generations. But what happens when the shift isn't a single event, but a constant, intelligent presence in our pockets and homes? We are witnessing the dawn of "Generation AI-OS"—the first generation to grow up with artificial intelligence not as a tool, but as a native language, a second brain, and a fundamental operating system for perceiving reality. This talk tackles the critical questions this societal "upgrade" presents: How will the problem-solving, creativity, and work ethics of Gen AI-OS differ from our own? What will they expect from their workplaces and leaders? And most importantly, how do we bridge the gap between our "legacy systems" and their native AI integration? A firm believer in the power of high-performing teams, Adam frequently shares his experience through community talks and workshops focused on leadership and Agile processes.
