If you have an open mind / heart and if you bring people together to effect positive change in organizations and communities, then join us!

The world calls us. We are a mighty power for good. It’s time to create a flourishing future together.
We face many complex challenges in the world, and the world is calling us. She needs us to take out our swords, to nurture the gardens, and to craft the Vision. She is asking that we bring our many powerful gifts to bear--learning ceremonies, expansive space, loving circles, customer-focused design, novel experiments, inspiring questions, and liberating play. We are a mighty power for good, and She is relying on us.

This is not the time to go our separate ways. We must combine our genius, passion, and spirit to serve an interconnected, volatile world. So, we invite you to consider: what are the issues and opportunities for creating a flourishing future together?

What kind of future do we dream of, and how will we collaborate to get there? What awakenings will we spark? How will we build and share? How will we sustain and amplify our impact?

We invite you to a loving space to envision a flourishing future and to join with others on projects and actions that will take us there.

How will we do this?
We will host a virtual Open Space event. An Open Space event is a highly participatory process that has been used 100,000+ times in organizations and communities in 142 countries.

When is it?
The event will be Friday, November 6 through Monday, November 9. Exact dates will depend on your time zone. Multiple starting times will accommodate participants in 22 time zones across the globe.

Okay, so, what next?
Secure your place!

The event ticket price is by donation. Pay whatever you can. We want to make sure that anyone who wants to join is able to.

This is a non-profit event. We will donate 25% of net proceeds to a charitable cause that participants determine during the event. Remaining proceeds will benefit the Open Space Institute-US, a registered non-profit organization formed in 1996 to “hold space for Open Space.”
