Dear Friends,

Join, stretch your body, come out of your mind and deeply relax. Go with the flow.

This class starts with Yin Yoga, deep Fascia stretching. Afterwards we warm up and stretch our muscles to gain a maximum of flexibility while staying connected with our deep breath.

The instructions will be given in English and/or Deutsch. YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH ME TEACHING IS FREE. Indoor drop-In is 18 Euro. With a 10 Strip card 15 Euro per class. Reduced rate 13 Euro Drop-In or 11,50 Euro per class with 10 strip card. We provide mats and props indoors. You can bring your own mat or a Yoga towel if you like.

Just let me know beforehand and we'll see what exercises are useful or could even improve your situation.
