• Workflow: Research (multi-model) → task list → Claude Code → CodeRabbit + human review
• Tools: PRReviewer (iOS), Neovim code-review plugin
• Type-level design and CI setup: leaning on the compiler and CI as a tools to prevent slop (sometimes too much)
• Lesson learned: custom tools are costly—simpler setups last longer
