Let’s talk about the creative chaos that occurs during the Discovery phase and about how to align progress, scope, and priorities when exploring, formulating, and solving problems. What methods will keep everyone informed – including stakeholders, customers, and your team? And finally, let's explore frameworks that will allow you to document your work in a meaningful way.

You will enjoy several hours of useful information, interesting quizzes to help you comprehend it, and a practical part in the form of joint problem-solving.
