Welcome to the fifth Claude Community Wrocław meetup, a community-driven initiative built by builders, for builders https://claudecommunity.pl/
We share real stories of how we use Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork in our daily work. No product pitches, no vendor talk, just honest experience from people who build with these tools every day.
The event is free and pizza and drinks are included.

➡️ Say hello to Claude Code Mods
Mods let Claude Code change how it looks and how it behaves, which is new. I'll cover what they are and show a few I built, some useful and some just for fun.
🎤 Daniel Aniszkiewicz - Claude Community Ambassador for Poland; AWS Security Hero; Senior Software Engineer
➡️ The Documentation Your AI Actually Needs: Lessons from a Spec-Driven Full-Stack Rewrite
Most teams paste a file into chat and say "build this." We tried that, and it produced a v1 with mock chaos, monolith components, and architectural drift. For v2, we flipped the model: humans write layered specifications (personas, architecture principles, capability specs, many ADRs), and AI generates all the code. The framework, called AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle), treats specs as the primary input and code as a regenerable output. This talk covers the practical structure: how we organize context so AI reads it in the right order, how "skills" files encode operational patterns without duplicating specs, and how forensic analysis of v1 failures became architecture guardrails for v2. Takeaways you can apply to your own AI-assisted projects on Monday morning.
🎤 Veronica Marin Kramer - I'm an AI Solutions Engineer at GlobalLogic (Hitachi Group) in Wrocław, Poland, working on agentic AI frameworks and RAG systems for industrial clients. Before moving into AI, I spent 10 years across embedded software (Whirlpool), automotive (BMW, Continental), and regulated SaaS, working on everything from control algorithms and code-generation pipelines to requirements engineering and delivery.
➡️ I gave Claude a napkin sketch of a house
I drew a rough sketch and asked Claude to turn it into a complete house design: layout, 3D model, calculations, and the drawings and documents a Polish building permit needs. I also asked for a sales website.
Claude ran a team of about 80 AI helpers in parallel, with other helpers checking their work. About 9.5 hours of wall-clock time, 50 hours of combined helper work, 76 drawing sheets, 5 document volumes, a website and a 16-slide deck. About $1,100 at API prices. A design office would likely charge around 30,000 zł over 10 to 32 weeks.
AI can do most of the design legwork, and it catches many of its own errors when you build in verification. A human professional still has to take responsibility, and I still had to supply the judgment about what I wanted.
🎤 Przemysław Nowak - I'm an AI and R&D specialist in Wrocław, working across computational design, digital products and architecture. I'm a co-author of more than 90 architectural and industrial design projects, with eight years in parametric design and the last two in agentic workflows. I led a full AI pivot at a consulting company, training the team and management in agentic tooling and rebuilding the internal processes around it, and I've logged over 1,500 hours teaching this in Polish and English. My own projects include a set of Agent Skills that turns a language model into a Blender operator for geometry that has to be verifiably correct, and parametric configurators that check themselves against Polish building regulations.
