- [ENG] Case Study: What I have learned after 10 business ideas around Generative AI - Konrad Bujak - It is a case study of the business implications of leveraging generative AI models. We will explore various ideas from industries ranging from mental health to tourism. After case studies, we will summarise problems, business models and how we can warm old ideas over. Ultimately, we will list new potential areas and learn how to get a boost via cloud grants.
About the speaker: Generative AI Engineer and product manager, working in IT for the past 12 years. MSc. in Engineering AI Systems. Consultant in implementing Generative AI into existing products. - [ENG] Using ROS without installing ROS - Setting up development environments for robotics - Krzysztof Wojciechowski - The Robot Operating System (ROS) contains numerous system dependencies, often tightly coupled to Linux distributions. All of this causes numerous headaches for developers supporting different ROS distros and developing software on the same dev stations. In this talk, we will briefly cover how to work with the development Docker containers and Conda environments in robotics scenarios.
About the speaker: A graduate of Automatic Control at EAIiIB Faculty of AGH UST, currently a Research Engineer at CNRS LAAS in France, and co-organizer of the Cracow Robotics & AI Meetups. After several years as a software developer at Husarion, he is starting his journey in optimal control for legged robots' locomotion.
