UX Testing with Claude Code: Your personal UX research agent π― at work
Details
Tired of user feedback that takes weeks to land?
Or UX research that gets de-prioritised because it's too slow, too expensive, or too much coordination?
With Claude Code β Claude's agentic runtime, not the chat window you already know β there's a completely new way to run UX tests. Plan the test in a conversation, spin up the test app, ship it to a user, get auto-transcribed feedback, iterate. From inside one desktop app.
In this online Show & Tell on Claude Desktop, you'll see our live workflow end-to-end. We'll also unpack what "agentic" actually means in practice β and why Claude Code is the most useful starting point today. Do the setup beforehand and you can follow along using our parallel guide; or just drop in, watch, ask, and grab a Discovery Call afterwards.
Who this is for:
- Anyone who plans or runs user tests and wants them faster
- Anyone framing product ideas who wants tighter feedback loops
- Anyone designing interactions who wants an agent-based workflow as an option
- Founders validating before building more
- Developers already working with Claude, Codex, or similar agents who want to see the UX-research use case
We position by the task, not the role. Whatever your title, if any of the above describes your week, you're in the right room.
What you need:
- β Curiosity β no coding experience required
- π§ Required if following along live: a Claude Pro account (the Desktop app is Pro-only) and Claude Desktop installed. After you register, we'll email you a short 3-step install guide (Desktop + CLI setup + event token) β the token is active only on April 21.
- π‘ Optional: a real UX-research pain you'd like to talk about with us β at the social or in a Discovery Call afterwards
- β οΈ Heads-up: setup takes real effort (Homebrew, Python 3.12, account flags). Most people don't finish it during the call. Please install before the event β or drop in to watch, ask questions, and book a Discovery Call afterwards. Either works.
What we'll do:
- π Welcome (5 min) β join the call, settle in, say hi in chat
- ποΈ Who we are (5 min) β Stefan, Jochen, Hannah
- π€ Social check-in: who are you? (10 min) β quick round of intros, camera-on encouraged
- π Mentimeter (5 min) β roles, AI platforms you use, biggest UX-testing pain
- π― Framing deck (15 min) β Claude Code vs. "agentic", the workflow, where this is going
- π οΈ Show & Tell on Claude Desktop (25 min) β our live workflow, parallel-guide support
- π¬ Debrief + Q&A (10 min) β your questions, your workflows
- π Vision + Discovery Call CTA (5 min) β beyond UX testing
- π» Virtual social drinks (10 min)
- π¬ +24h follow-up β we'll email the follow-along guide, the key slides, and a link to book a free Discovery Call with us.
What you'll learn:
- What Claude Code actually is (and how it's different from the Claude chat window)
- The "Claude Code β Claude Agent" reframe β why thinking in agents changes what you'll try
- A workflow for setting up UX tests from inside Claude Desktop using PoDojo ai tools, without leaving the app
- How auto-transcription + agent-driven analysis cut the slow, expensive parts of research
- Where this fits beyond UX testing β whole product-development flow, not just discovery
- What it changes about your day-to-day as a Designer, PM, Researcher, or Developer
Hosted by:
- Stefan Haas β Co-Founder PoDojo. 30+ years in product development. Computational linguistics background, AI research at DFKI. Helps product teams integrate agentic tools into their daily work.
- Jochen Ade β Co-Founder and CTO. Builds the tools PoDojo runs on. CLIs, MCP servers, building blocks. Makes agentic workflows practical and usable.
- Hannah Carlotta Kelbel β Innovation & Design Thinking. Researcher, inventor, coach. Helps teams find the right problems before they start building solutions.
> Can't make it, or not finishing the setup? No stress β every registered attendee gets a follow-up email the next day with a link to book a free 30-min Discovery Call with us. Bring your UX-testing pain; we'll talk it through.
PS: Please be on time β we'll kick off at 2:00 PM sharp. β°
