Flutter Cracow invites mobile tech enthusiasts and Flutter developers to join us for another event. It's an opportunity to meet, learn new things, share experiences beyond platforms and to network. The event is open to everyone interested in exploring Flutter framework and Dart language. Our goal is to build a local Flutter community in Kraków.

Abstract: I have degree in physics and in this talk I want to combine physics of sound and sound processing in Flutter with a coding demo. People can learn what kind of libraries do we have for sounds processing in Flutter. Also we will learn what is sound in digital form, what exactly can we process. And the coding demo can solve some real world task for sound processing.

Abstract: Hello! We will tackle daunting questions such as: “Does refactoring always make sense?”, “Is writing tests necessary?”, and “How can you refactor without going mad?” There will be Flutter/Dart-specific and general refactoring tips and tricks. Together, we will learn to recognise common anti-patterns and explore an easy-to-follow process for tackling all sorts of messy code.
I’ve been building Flutter apps for 4+ years and tinkering with other technologies for even longer. I try to avoid over-engineering and strike the right balance between maintainability and development speed. ✨
