This one-hour online session opens with a quick introduction and a live pulse to see what attendees are working on in AI, then moves into a focused practical talk followed by an open discussion about the community's future.

## Agenda

19:00–19:05 — Welcome & Introduction. Who is the organizer, why this group, and what to expect.
19:05–19:10 — Quick Pulse. A live poll to find out what attendees are building with AI tools and where they're hitting friction.
19:10–19:30 — Talk: Claude Code CLI for Business — From Experiment to Daily Driver. A practical walkthrough of how teams are using Claude Code in real workflows: project setup, meaningful automation patterns, and what actually sticks beyond the demo phase.
19:30–19:50 — Community Roundtable. What topics matter most? Which formats work best — deep dives, workshops, panels, or demos? Open call for speakers, co-organizers, and sponsors, with live voting on next event topics.
19:50–20:00 — Wrap-up & Next Steps. Summary of input, next event announcement, and how to stay connected.
