In this third horizon talk I will invite you on a quest to explore the residual issues of Agile adoption. We will answer the question: How can we reinvent the economy and create companies which will drive us to a meaningful future?

We will take a closer look at the gap between the exhibited versus expected behaviors of companies. We will look beyond the current well-established role of business and the principles of the economy.

I will offer you an aspirational alternative framing of the economy. We will design the transformation between these two based on the new capital "P" purpose and the eight Transformational Stories.
