Sociocracy 3.0 - intentions, promises, and value proposition - a collective interview with James Priest, S3 Co-creator
James has kindly agreed to join us for a collective interview in the frame of “All you always wanted to know about Sociocracy 3.0 but were afraid to ask”.
As a group we will have a unique chance to learn about the original intentions behind S3, the problems it solves, and promises it carries. There will also be space to ask the How questions on the best practices while implementing S3.
Personally, I have a lot to ask, but this is actually a unique chance for all of us to shape the time for our collective learning. You will have a chance to understand S3’s value proposition in your particular context.
We will use the Lean Coffee format for streamlining questions. In this format we are all responsible for the quality of the outcomes - this is by design - I hope it will feel a bit like in real Sociocracy 3.0! Let’s find out together!
