GraphQL Wroclaw #8 |ONLINE|
Szczegóły
New Year - New Me(etup) Update!
We hope you’re all doing well in early 2022 and we’re very excited that we can finally introduce you to all the speakers of the upcoming GraphQL Wroclaw Meetup #8!
Something tells us it will be simply a mind-blowing event - just take a look at the agenda!
TALK 1
Roy Derks - an entrepreneur, speaker and author from The Netherlands. As he says of himself, he ‘wants to make the world a better place through tech’.
Roy will show how you can use GraphQL as a data layer for microservices and how to combine all the data from these services into one universal API.
This way, you can break the core of your services into different microservices while still providing one endpoint that clients can interact with. Before diving into GraphQL, let’s explore what microservices are and why it can be helpful to add GraphQL.

TALK 2
Vignesh T.V. - The Guild Developer, Architect, Blogger, CTO & CMO of timecampus.com.
Vignesh will speak about why GraphQL plays a major role in building the next generation of the web (a.k.a Web 3.0).
In this talk, we will discuss the various pieces that make up a Web 3.0 app and explore deeply how GraphQL glues everything together by abstracting the complexity while still exposing the power that Web 3.0 has to offer.

TALK 3
Gerard Sans - Master of Ceremonies, public speaker, trainer, blogger and GraphQL community leader, will disclose a GraphQL secret superpower…
In this talk, we’ll explore a secret API design pattern: GraphQL directives and how to use them without breaking a sweat. Best of all, you will be able to add new features to your schema without having to change your existing code. A fantastic technique to add to your GraphQL toolset!
Gerard makes a short stopover in Wrocław on his way to NG Poland. So, if you want to meet and greet him, feel invited to join us at Mirumee HQ for a heart-to-heart chat :)
