Walk and sketch Castle Sypesteyn

Join me for a sketch walk to beautiful Sypesteyn Castle and its gardens!

📍 Meeting: 10:30 at Hilversum Sportpark, near KSP Kiosk Sportpark
🥾 Full walk: ~13 km
🚌 Short option: ~7 km with a bus back to Hilversum Station or Hollandsche Rading Station
💰 Entrance: Gardens €5, Castle + Gardens €15, free with Museumkaart
🚉Expect to be at Hollandsche Rading station around 18-00 for the full walk

Route:
Hilversum Sportpark → Bij de Tuinman → Sypesteyn Castle → Hollandsche Rading Station

🏰 3–3.5 hours of sketching around Sypesteyn Castle and its gardens
🖼️ Optional visit inside the castle
🥪 Bring your own lunch or grab food and drinks at the café on the castle grounds
🚌 Possibility to shorten the walk and take a bus back to the station

Bring your sketchbook, drawing materials, comfortable walking shoes, and something to sit on during sketch stops.
