Buddhist meditation has been practiced for over 2,600 years. It is a highly effective and proven method for experiencing inner peace, understanding the mind, and developing compassion and wisdom. In modern times, the presentation has been made accessible for everyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, but the authenticity has been maintained by an unbroken lineage of enlightened masters, all the way back to Buddha himself.

Community Dinner is right after class upstairs in the Community Dining Room.
• The food will be fun and delicious, prepared by one of our volunteers, no need to bring anything.
• There is no additional cost
