Women's Cacao Song Circle - Kraków

Calling all who have a song in their heart!

This is a monthly meetup group for women interested in ceremonial cacao, Mayan Cosmovision and medicine music used for prayer, meditation, and ceremony.

Each participant will receive a printed sheet of song lyrics for at home practice. No previous music or ceremony experience required. Come as you are!

Sacred songs and traditional chants are used in many cultures to bring balance, relax the nervous system, and activate strength within oneself.

This is an opportunity to learn together, honor indigenous traditions, create a sacred space, open our voices and hearts, and build friendships that will accompany us on our spiritual paths.

Over the past 8 years, I have learned and carried songs for ceremonies and have felt the benefits of using music as prayer in my own life.

I am a student of the Mayan Cosmovision under the guidance of Tz’utujil spiritual guide Nana Marina Cruz from Guatemala. With her blessing, I will share cacao and the Mayan energy of the day in this circle. After, we will learn 2-3 songs together; diving into each song's author, origin, translation, and purpose.
