About the Speaker
Roman Wantoła, Business Systems Analyst, has worked in various industries (pharma, FMCG, retail, insurance) and with various systems, including analytical applications, BI, ERP, cash registers, CRM and master data management, among others. He mostly worked on complex or difficult projects, often with a regulatory focus, or on projects that needed to be rescued from failure.
He has experience of IT projects from the perspectives of an analyst, data modeller, developer and project manager.
He has learned that the most important thing, whatever the position, is to understand the business domain. Without this, it is almost impossible to deliver value to the business.
