Thibaut Sardan will discuss what light clients are, how they work, and why they will be everywhere in the future. He’ll also give a sneak peak at Parity Fether, a wallet based on the Parity Ethereum light client.

Building custom blockchains
Jack Fransham will discuss how to use Substrate, the foundation for blockchain innovators, to build your own blockchain.

Workshop: set up your own Polkadot testnet node
Want to participate in the cutting edge of blockchain, including on-chain protocol upgrades? After the talks, Phil Lucsok and Thibaut Sardan will lead a workshop that goes step-by-step through setting up a Polkadot testnet node. Bring your laptop!
