We are happy to invite you to the next product event during which you will hear two intresting talks followed by networking part.

Our first guess is Cezary Żminkowski who will tell us about Running a Lean Startup inside a Corporation

You will learn which Lean Startup practices are adopted by Corporations and what works, what doesn’t work and why. You will learn how differences between Startup and Corporation changes the way both innovate and scale new products to the market. Those differences are key drivers of different approach to product strategies.

Bio:
Czarek Żminkowski is the Vice President of Engineering at Sabre.

Recently stepped into the role of Krakow Global Development Center Co-Site Leader at the same time leading technology of Sabre Sonic product portfolio. In his previous role his team was validating and incubating concepts that are to become the next wave of product offerings.
In the past, Cezary served as the Vice President of Product Management for products including GetThere, TripCase, SafePoint and Sabre Red Workspace.
Prior to leading Product Management organization, he was responsible for TripCase and GetThere software development and engineering. Over his 17-year tenure at Sabre he led software development for several business lines. Before joining Sabre in 2005, he had been leading technology and business in telecommunication industry.

Our Second speaker is Filip Kopij who is coming to us with a talk about Roadmaps - how to not get lost when developing your Product

What is a difference between product backlog, project plan and product roadmap? How to apply strategic planning to agile work? I'll answer those any many other questions during the session.

Bio:
Product Manager and business analyst with over 10 years of professional experience in IT. Currently responsible for the development of digital channels of communication with customers in Cytiva. Always focused on customer's business goals and finding the best tools to achieve them. Passionate about knowledge sharing and promoting the business value in IT projects.
