Szczegóły

Hello Product People !

We are happy to invite you to the next event in 2023 during which you will hear two intresting talks followed by networking part.

Our first guest will be Karol Witek who will talk about How to choose the best prioritisation methodology for more than one team? - Distance to money.

So, you have your roadmap and you prioritise it. Using your knowledge and experience, based on many conversations with stakeholders, having goals, OKRs, vision, and strategy in mind. But how do you know that this is the best possible prioritisation? Are you really, really sure? Let's find it out.
The talk will be about prioritisation methodologies between multiple teams and metrics. How to choose the best for you, which works in your current context and why it is important to avoid some of them. The talk will be a summary of the research done inside a technology company in the area of prioritisation. During the research, I’ve compared prioritisation methodologies and found a logic for why different teams/departments are using different frameworks to organize their roadmaps. Based on that conversation I’ve defined a metric called “distance to money” which could help Product Managers to choose which prioritisation framework works best in their current context/place in the organization. Let’s delve deeper into the topic.
