We are happy to invite you to the next meetup. During the event you will hear two lectures followed by networking part.

Our first guests will be Tomasz Czechowski who will present his talk: "Methods to build Product Strategy in the times of AI"

I would like to talk about what you may pay attention to when building your Product Strategy & Roadmap. We will discuss how AI is speeding the work up on delivering the products & how it may get you faster into the wrong direction. I will bring the business examples

BIO:
For more than 15 years Tomasz has worked as a technical project manager, program manager, and coach to product teams across information technology, automotive, e-commerce, and energy. What I care about most is building strategy & product plans that hold — roadmaps that set direction — and then executing them with teams.

He use AI as a practical aid on that journey: for market research, synthesizing feedback, feature and stress-testing options. Not as a substitute for judgment.

Our second speaker will be Paweł Gołąb, with his case study
"I built a product alone with AI. That was the easy part"

Since January, Paweł has built a complete web product on his own with Claude Code: about 44,000 lines of code, nearly 300 changes shipped, even a launch video, and no developers. Building turned out to be the easy part.

This is an honest, non-technical look at what AI doesn't do for you: product discovery, deciding what not to build, keeping a live product secure when you're not adding features, and getting noticed.

No coding experience needed. You'll leave knowing what AI can build for you, what it can't, and which traps to avoid.

BIO:
Paweł has seen product work from every side. At 20, he started his own online business, handling everything from code and integrations to finding customers. Since 2019, he has worked as a product manager, most recently as Senior PM at BOLD. Like most PMs, he spent years deciding what to build while others built it. In 2026, he wanted to see the other side again, so he built a whole product himself with Claude Code. It taught him in practice how building with AI really works, and which product skills AI can't replace.
