He previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Thalēs Trading Solutions, where he was responsible for creating and overseeing a platform for aggregating and reporting data from multiple brokers. Paul has also served as a Senior Vice President at brokerage firms, where he designed a client-facing portal and developed specific solutions for commodity trading and operations.

Dan Tomaszewski is a financial services technology expert with over 20 years of experience. In his career he held roles at top firms such as Deutsche Bank, Northern Trust, and Newedge Group. Currently, Dan manages Theorem's daily operations and oversees the Agile development process, while ensuring the technical aspects of product delivery meet and exceed the expected standards.

Jonatan Cichawa
Jonatan is a Senior Software Engineer at Scalo, a global software development company. Specializing in the creation and optimization of algorithms for managing financial assets, he uses his expertise to deliver innovative solutions to clients in the financial technology sector.
Jonatan has a rich expertise within data, infrastructure and machine learning, backed by a successful track record at organizations such as Novo Nordisk and Ericsson.
