When developing a Rust driver for Scylla (distributed open-source NoSQL database), our team faced a few performance challenges. The talk consists of a short introduction to the driver's design, followed by a case study of hunting bottlenecks in an async Rust project.

Piotr Sarna - Principal Software Engineer @ScyllaDB. Develops Scylla core daily, and lately also leads and maintains the Scylla Rust Driver project.
