17:30 – 18:00 Krzysztof Kazmierczak (QA Lead):
Faster than Boeing 737 - Quick and efficient way of releasing at Ryanair Labs

Being Europe's number 1 airline, Ryanair is capable of operating more than 3000 flights per day. Can we match this pace and capacity in our everyday work at the Labs and if so, how do we do that?
Bio: QA Lead in one of the web teams at Ryanair Labs. Passionate about processes and improvements in quality assurance, always on a lookout for new creative solutions to deal with various issues.

18:00 – 18:30 Pavel Samchuk (Senior Frontend Developer):
Angular’s Dependency Injection (DI)

Which is used to manage the dependencies between different components of an application. DI makes it easier to write modular and testable code, by allowing components to declare their dependencies and letting the framework take care of providing them.
Bio: Pavel has been working as a web developer since 2009. Over these years he was working on various software developer roles. As a Frontend Developer he was working with VanillaJS, Reacts and Angular. Here at Ryanair, he is working as a Senior Frontend Developer.

18:45 – 19:15 Barbara Kozlowska (Senior Business Analyst):
Keep up with the change - Challenges for Business Analyst at Ryanair

Ryanair has consistently pursued a robust fleet expansion strategy. This growth has unmasked many scalability issues of aviation industry. There was no other way but to innovate and our business analysts are on the first line of that front. Here is short story of how we do it and what types of projects are we’re pursuing.
Bio: Senior BA for systems supporting Ryanair core processes. Analysis expert including business process analysis, requirement analysis, architecture analysis and IT-solution design. Passionate about sharing knowledge and encouraging development of others.

19:15 – 19:45 Marcelina Ginalska (Software Developer - Data Scientist):
Shield's bot-blocking with Machine Learning

Short history of how Shield came to existence and our everyday fight against bots and OTAs. Everything I can say about Machine Learning techniques we use without breaking NDAs.
Bio: Fresh, out of the "bakery" Ryanair Labs employee, Shield duo proud member. Interested in machine learning, can program in anything you want.
