My work is rooted in the belief that self-care is not selfish, Rest is not weakness and healing is not linear. Weather through herbs, gemstones,energy work,sound therapy or mindful practices. I offer space where people are invited to soften, exhale and return to themselves.
Sound healing is an ancient therapeutic practice using vibrational frequencies from instruments like singing crystal bowls, gongs and tuning forks to Induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve mental well-being, it does this by shifting brainwaves and calming the nervous system. Can help release tension, lower blood pressure and alleviate physical or emotional pain.

If time permits, the talk will end with a meditation.
