Sacred Silence: A Holy Saturday Meditation Experience

Holy Saturday is the quiet space between what was and what is becoming.

In Unity, this sacred day represents a time of deep stillness, surrender, and inner awareness—a moment to rest in the unknown and trust the unfolding of new life.
You’re invited to step into this “sacred pause” through a series of gentle, silent meditations offered throughout the day.

Each meditation creates space to turn inward, reflect, and reconnect with the presence of peace within. Just choose the time that works best for you.
