From Idea to Execution: The Clarity of Building With Purpose
Szczegóły
From Idea to Execution
How to define real user problems, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results.
In this talk, we will dive into why building products of great value is not the sole responsibility of Product Managers, but a shared effort across frontend, backend, DevOps, cybersecurity, design, and business teams.
We will unpack how products that meet PMF are built when teams align on user needs, technical feasibility, security, scalability, and operational excellence from discovery all the way to production and post launch optimization. Using real examples from B2C platforms, this session will highlight how everyday decisions across roles shape user experience and business outcomes.
What Attendees Will Learn:
- How each role contributes to building products that actually solve problems
- What to consider beyond it works when shipping features
- How cross-functional collaboration improves delivery speed and quality
- Practical ways to move from ideas to measurable user and business impact
- How to think holistically about product success, regardless of your role
