Coming Back to Yourself - Pranayama & Meditation Journey (Online)

Join a gentle 4-week (/4 classes) online journey of pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation, and mindful reflection. This series is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and inner balance.

Through this journey, you will learn simple yet powerful tools to support emotional well-being, reduce stress, and create more clarity and calm in your daily life.

We will meet every Sunday in February at 6:00 PM (online via Google Meet) for four guided practices. You are welcome to join all four sessions or attend only the ones that suit your schedule. Each session is a complete practice in itself.

Each meeting will include guided breathing techniques, meditation, and time for quiet reflection. The practices are accessible to beginners while still meaningful for those with an established meditation practice.

After each session, participants will receive:

  • a recording of the practice, and
  • mindfulness and reflective exercises to support integration during the week.

Level: Suitable for all levels
