Lean Software Development with Mary Poppendieck

On this meetup we`ll have a very special guest. We`ll have the possibility to talk about Lean Software Development directly with Mary Poppendieck.

Mary is the thought leader of Lean Software Development and an author of such books as "Lean Software Development: An Agile Toolkit for Software Development Managers" and " Implementing Lean Software Development: From Concept to Cash". She is coming to Wroclaw in order to lead a two-day workshop (If you`re interested check out Iterate Institiute (https://kurs.iterate.pl/)) and agreed to participate in the meetup.

The meetup will start with a talk given by Mary concerning theory and practice of Lean approach to Software Development which will be followed by a discussion in which everyone is welcome to participate. There is no better source concerning Lean so consider showing up whether you`re already utilizing the approach for years or whether you just heard of it.
