🎤 18:10 - Mehmet Ali Ustaoglu Build with AI as a Solopreneur: From Idea to MVP
In this session, I’ll share how I use generative AI tools to go from an initial idea to a working MVP as a solo developer. Using real examples from an AI-powered educational product, I’ll cover how AI can support content generation, rapid prototyping, and iteration — as well as the challenges that appear in real-world usage (quality, costs, and limitations).

Attendees will learn:
• How to practically integrate generative AI into a product workflow
• What works (and what breaks) when building with AI alone
• How to move fast without overengineering AI solutions This talk focuses on hands-on experience rather than theory and is aimed at developers who want to start building with AI.

Speaker's bio: "I’m a software developer and an AI & Data Science master’s student with over 6 years of experience building real-world applications across mobile, smart TV, and web platforms. I founded the Ludigen platform and currently continue working on it as a solopreneur, focusing on applying generative AI to educational content and product development. I enjoy experimenting with practical AI use cases, rapid prototyping, and sharing honest lessons learned from building products independently."

How does predicting the next word lead to artificial intelligence? Join us for an unorthodox, hands-on dive into Transformers—zero tensor math required. We’ll decode the basic mechanics of these models and discuss how they actually uncover the hidden patterns we’ve left in natural text. See what powers modern LLMs, and why we need to prepare for radically smarter, cheaper models in the future.
Speaker's bio: "I recently rejoined Google after a long tour through Maze, Nomagic, Nvidia, Flyr, and Nauto. I specialize in full-stack deep learning and have been breaking things (and fixing them) in AI & DL since the early 2000s. I started my journey in Germany at the University of Göttingen, moved later to Poland with a detour to Switzerland. Father of three, husband, and avid bicycling and water sports (swim/snorker/dive) enthusiast."
