Science of Spirituality Presents: Meditation and Self-Awareness: Invite self-acceptance
through meditation.

It’s important to acknowledge everything we struggle to accept
about ourselves. Nobody is safe from the clutches of insecurity. Real
hope comes when we take the time to acknowledge our feelings.
Meditation can possibly offer us an escape or offer us some relief
from negative self-perception. Through guided meditation, you'll
learn to let go of resistance, release judgment, and experience the
liberating power of acceptance from within.

Let's gather for a relaxing session of guided meditation to cultivate
mindfulness and spiritual awareness. This event is a wonderful
opportunity to connect with others who value meditation, and
spirituality in our community.

Light Breakfast/meet and mingle with everyone (while supplies last before the start of the program): 9.45 to 10 am
