Sportradar Connect: Tech Talk - Edition Warsaw 5th in the series - First time in Warsaw - April 16, 2026 - Doors open 18:00

We're bringing Sportradar Connect: Tech Talk to Warsaw for the first time - and we're doing it from our new office.
This is the fifth edition of a series that's moved across Sportradar's engineering hubs, and Warsaw has been worth the wait. Come for the talks. Stay for the conversations.

  • Behshad Behzadi - Chief Product, Technology and AI Officer, Sportradar

Before Sportradar, Behshad spent twenty years at Google as a VP of Engineering - a key figure in the company's shift to AI-first. He co-created products used by hundreds of millions of people, including Google Assistant and Google Lens, and holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from École Polytechnique. At Sportradar, he leads the company's product vision and technology roadmap with AI at its core.
He'll be sharing where he thinks we are, where we're heading, and what it actually takes to build at this scale.

  • Michał Olszewski - Principal Engineer, AI Adoption, Sportradar

Staying in Control in the Era of Agentic Coding
A live coding session using real Sportradar APIs and real-time sports data, built from scratch with modern AI tools. Michał has 20+ years across finance, media, and sports technology, and leads AI-assisted development strategy at Sportradar. His session is about what working fast with AI actually looks like in practice - defining a clear spec, validating outputs, staying in control. No theory. Just code under real-world conditions.

  • Henry Garner - CTO, JUXT (part of Grid Dynamics)

Henry leads engineering at JUXT, a consultancy working at the edge of AI-assisted development. His talk makes a provocative case: that working iteratively from behavioural specifications - without writing code by hand - might be the truest expression of agile development yet. JUXT built a Byzantine fault-tolerant distributed platform this way: 3,000 lines of spec produced 5,500 lines of production Kotlin. He'll get into what that means for how we think about software quality, intent, and control.

Doors open at 18:00. Space is limited - register to secure your spot.
