Oparliśmy go na narzędziach, z których korzystamy na co dzień – Jira Service Management (Service Desk) oraz Slacku – dzięki czemu stał się naturalną częścią naszej pracy.
Dziś wiemy jedno: kluczem nie są punkty ani procedury. Należy stworzyć przestrzeń, w której ludzie czują się bezpiecznie, ufają sobie nawzajem i wiedzą, że ich słowa coś znaczą."

Does malfunctioning automation reveal user personality traits? During the presentation, we'll briefly remove our technical glasses to explore the human side of Jira. We'll see how configuration translates to teams' daily experiences and explore the soft skills that are worth developing when working with the Atlassian stack (even in the face of cloud migration)."
