English Buddhist Meditation Group
Szczegóły
Buddhist Meditation in its original form is an advanced practice to free the mind. A free mind is in turn naturally calm and joyful, but in order to get there we have to become experts in making the mind soft and flexible.
We will sit for one hour every Sunday.
Newcomers please come at 15:00 for the first few introduction sessions. Regular visitors should arrive on time for the actual sitting at 15:30.
Because real meditation changes us profoundly, we discuss our experiences, the mind and the Buddha's teachings for 45 minutes after the sitting.
Participation is free of charge, but please leave a donation as a support for our hosts.
Note: Meditation is no psychotherapy and should be avoided if you suffer from anxiety or depression.
