🎼Experience the healing power of sound vibration with quartz crystal singing bowls with a little gongs. Participants will comfortably lie down or sit while the frequencies reverberate throughout the body, bringing it back into a state of harmonic resonance and promoting deep relaxation and healing on all levels. Jenny will also channel the healing energy of Reiki.

🌈🌺***Please bring a yoga mat (preferably a thicker one if you can,) blanket, or pillow for your comfort and allow enough time to set up BEFORE 6:00pm, as doors will lock at this time. Chairs are provided, as well as some extra mats in case you do not have one.
