## Ramon Canales - How to Product ##
Product Specialist @ Zalando - https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramon-canales/
Creating products is challenging, from ideation to delivery there are infinite things to be considered. In this talk I'll go through some principles that are crucial to help on this endeavour, enabling teams to achieve full ownership of their work, minimize their risk of failure and hopefully deliver higher impact / results.
Ramon has an extensive experience in product creation, management and innovation (from idea to implementation), with solid knowledge on connecting requirements to development.
With +10 years in diverse environments, from sensitive corporate and wide open startups to founding his own company, he has been collecting learnings on what it takes to build great products.
## Humberto Ayres Pereira - Product Management of very technical products and teams ##
Founder & CEO @ dashdash - https://www.linkedin.com/in/humbertoayrespereira/
If you are managing a product that is very technical, it is easy to feel gridlocked: how can you contribute with good stories? How can you be an effective tester? How can you lead the product? There are some strategies we employ at dashdash.com, where we are building a computation environment for business people (think a super-powerful spreadsheet). Spoiler alert: you can survive in.
## Sponsoring ##
We'd very much like to thank Talkdesk for sponsoring the event with it's venue and the coffee break, it helps making events like this a reality.
