Vu is the co-founder and CEO at Avocode platform that simplifies the workflow between designers and developers. Previously also co-founded the company Made By Source (https://madebysource.com/), which was behind a series of plug-ins for Photoshop, for example, CSS Hat (https://csshat.com/). He is a member of the 500 Startups (http://500.co/).

With more than 17 years of experience in design in different areas, Hugo has been a promoter of UX and Design Thinking. He has looked into helping understand the benefits of these two methodologies as well as presenting these concepts in events and teaching UX Foundations at EDIT. One of Hugo's favorite hobbies is discussing how Design can be used to improve the world.
His talk will focus on understanding what is the problem to be solved and how to solve it can be very complicated. With the right tools and techniques at our reach, we can optimize work processes and get on the right track faster.

Showcasing Celfocus´s approach, this presentation will cover the process of collaboratively developing a cohesive product portfolio with customers by identifying and addressing business needs, resulting in great products.
Nuno is a marketer to the bone with more than 18 years of experience in marketing, innovation, and technology, a broad set of skills and a results-driven approach. Proven track record of accelerating opportunities through the sales pipeline and driving demand through event management, demand generation programs and campaigns.
Pedro Faria is a Product Manager at CELFOCUS, looking after product strategy, roadmap & design, sales/pre-sales and customer implementations advisory for CELFOCUS Omnichannel product. As an experienced software engineering manager, Pedro led teams and international projects in Europe and Africa (online, retail and IoT) before embarking on the creation of CELFOCUS' Products unit.
