This Class is an Ancient Healing Way Out Of - Negative Thinking, Stress, & Anxiety

I will teach you how to integrate mind, body, and spirit while working with the ancient healing Taoist energy called the Dan Tain, rooted in the 8 branches of Chinese Medicine. We’ll go over Qigong Movements, Mudras, and the fundamentals of breath. The Taoists knew that Breathwork is connected to higher states of consciousness, and through breath, mudras, and Qigong movements***,*** the body can heal itself.

In this Sum Faht energy class, I will work with you and use nature's healing sounds, qigong movements, breath, and my clairsentience gifts to help guide you to unravel life-long patterns stored in your body. We are responsible for our own healing and well-being. I do not heal you. You may experience healing energies that can penetrate and unravel layers of pain, anxiety, trauma, and fear that are creating limitations in your life. You may experience tingling, emotional releases, and energy surges as the original traumas slowly let go on a deep level. This is a life-changing transformational process of working with the Dantian energy that the Chinese have used in the 8 branches of Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.

Sum Faht is a form of meditation and breathwork in which we activate the divine energies of the heart. The name comes from the Cantonese phrase “soi sum peen fah faht,” which loosely translated means whatever the heart desires will manifest. When we meditate we are seeking purification through the blending of our personal energy with the energy of the Universe and through the circulation of spiritual energy through our physical bodies. The spiritual energy cannot communicate directly with our physical bodies, nor can it communicate with our egos, our intellects, or our rational minds. It must communicate with our Inner Selves — our own spiritual aspects — our hearts. If you are looking to balance the mind, body, & spirit then this class is for you.

There will also be nature's singing plant and sacred sound meditation. All for maximum Healing.
