This group is for anyone and everyone interested in sound as a healing modality. Sound healing meditation helps to relax the body & mind by providing vibrations that ease stress, tension, and dissonance. This harmonic 'tune-up' creates a sensation of inner renewal which strengthens intention setting and the release of limiting subconscious patterns, beliefs & behaviors. Ultimately, opening up deeper space for healing and growth.
