Each TTS meetup gives attendees the opportunity to network and connect with other life-long learners and lovers of technology and startups. Tech Talent & Strategy is a woman-owned tech recruitment, training, and staffing company that believes everyone can be equipped to do something big.
We exist to create opportunities for people: to listen, mentor, and connect them with resources. When you join TTS, you become a member of a national team of thinkers, creators, dreamers, and doers. We are building a diverse tech community for a better future, one person at a time.

Get Hired - Can’t find a job you love or want to shift gears and get into tech? TTS can provide a path to employment from training through placement. Get started with introductory courses in Full Stack Web Development, Data Science, and Digital Marketing. No prior experience necessary!

Hire Talent - Struggling to fill roles consistently? TTS has trained early and experienced talent ready to go or we can provide world-class training to your current staff to fill gaps where you need them most.
