Title:
Essential Laws of Community Building
Abstract: Fábio Sampaio, Community and Communication specialist at xgeeks, will delve into the "essential laws" he deems pivotal for amplifying brand awareness, optimizing hiring processes, fortifying brand identity, and
boosting business, all illustrated through the xgeeks experience.

While specific "laws" can be outlined, embracing a community-driven approach and embedding it within a business strategy is far from an exact science. In the tech industry, where rapid evolution is the norm, the best
practices revolve around synchronizing internal and external stakeholders and immersing in influential networks and communities. For xgeeks, this means active participation in DevOps Communities, AWS User
Groups, CNCF, and similar ecosystems.

To thrive in the tech scene, growth must be symbiotic with the community, and you must work for and with the community. During this talk, you'll dive into becoming community-driven, integrating community as a core
element of your company’s DNA. Attendees will gain actionable insights, strategic tips, and practical case studies to navigate and excel in a community-driven approach.

Speaker: Fábio Sampaio
Bio: Fábio Sampaio, with a degree in Sociology and a minor in management, was awarded the 'Best Student to Complete the Degree in Sociology' by the Faculty of Economics at the University of Coimbra in 2013/2014.

Having also completed a Master's in Management. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Sociology at FEUC. He worked as a Junior Researcher at the Centre for Social Studies, with roles in the Atlantic-Social-Lab project

and as the Research and Project Manager for the URBiNAT Project.
Since 2023, Fábio has diversified his professional focus. While continuing his doctoral research, he has embraced an opportunity in the corporate and technological world, now serving as the Community and
Communication Manager at xgeeks, a leading tech company.

Title: arcBot - The No Code
Future
Abstract: AI is boosting the corporate landscape. Many simple and complex processes in companies can be greatly simplified or even completely automated using AI. Jakob, my co-founder, and I see it as an exciting challenge to simplify access to AI for small and medium-sized companies. We believe we have found an exciting approach with the low-code platform Ninox and our AI chatbot arcBot. In this presentation, I would like to introduce you to this approach.

Bio: I'm super passionate about solving complex problems with code. Since 2017, I have played with AWS. I passed my AWS Solution Architect Professional exam in 2019. Since 2021 I have been an independent freelancer. Working together with startups sparked my desire to create my startup.
