Alexandra is Co-Founder and Chief Diversity Officer at Aivy. She is also a lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
She completed her Master's degree in Business Administration & Linguistics at the University of Mannheim and the Sorbonne Université, among others. In 2021 she was a finalist in the Digital Female Leader Award in the Diversity category and in 2024 she was nominated as Most Influential Woman in the Impact of Diversity Award.
In addition to a TV broadcast, she has made numerous press appearances with Aivy, including in Vogue Germany, Wirtschaftswoche and brandeins, and most recently won the HR Innovation Award.
